Your accommodation will be ready from 4 pm. Approximately 10 days before your arrival, you will receive all the information for easy online check-in as well as further details for your stay. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10 am so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

• A 10% discount will be given on the room rate by direct bookings as of 7 nights.
• For any stay under 3 nights, a one-time surcharge of 20 € per person is applied. Short stays are only bookable on short notice and depend on availability.

• Breakfast is included in the room rate. Our apartment guest can book an optional breakfast at 14€/person/day

Our cancellation policy:

• until 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• until 14 days before arrival: 50 % of the room price
• until 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the room price
• within 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the room price

In case of early departure or late arrival (e.g. due to weather conditions), no refunds will be given.

We offer you, entirely optional, the possibility to take a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung with your reservation.
